2. What data we process

We only process the data you give us:

  • "Invest with Regent Circle" form: full name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, company and professional profile, investment experience, sectors of interest, indicative amount, motivation and how you heard about us.
  • "Submit your project" form: full name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, company details, sector, stage, revenue, capital sought, project description and the pitch deck you attach.
  • Email: the data you include if you write to regentcircle.iese@gmail.com.

If the pitch deck or other information includes data about third parties, such as partners or employees, you must have informed them before sending it to us.

3. What we use it for and on what legal basis

  • To assess your project or your request as an investor and to get in touch with you. Legal basis: your consent and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
  • To answer your enquiries. Legal basis: your consent.

We do not use your data to send you advertising, and we make no automated decisions with it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the data while your project or request is being assessed and, afterwards, for a maximum of [__ months], unless we start a relationship with you or a legal rule requires us to keep it longer. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

5. Who has access to your data

  • The partners of Regent Circle, who analyse projects and requests and are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
  • The providers that make the service possible: FormSubmit (form delivery), Google (email and fonts) and Netlify (website hosting).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless legally required.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is carried out with the safeguards required by the General Data Protection Regulation.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to regentcircle.iese@gmail.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.

If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our processing or the legislation changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
